Were the events of Jan 8 A Warning From G-d?
Pres. Bush was on his way to Israel to lay down the framework for the establishment of a Palestinian State and the division of Jerusalem when a “freak tornado” hit the town of Jerusalem, Arkansas. To add to unusual timing of the tornado is the fact that it destroyed a church called Mt Zion in Pope County. Reports name only one man killed in the wake of the tornado, a Pope County resident named Billy Carter.
I know that this sounds like something that we would see or read about in a science-fiction movie or book, however this event actually took place. I do not believe in coincidences nor do I try to force events as being prophetic, however, I cannot look at this event without recognizing that G-d was trying to tell Pres. Bush and the residents of the United States something.

If you have not yet read the book “Eye to Eye” I would recommend that you read it. In the book the author shows how that within 24-48 hours after the United States had made a negative decision concerning Israel that the US has been hit with some type of natural disaster. I do not see this as being a coincidence.
The events of Jan 8 sparked many discussions on several of the Jewish blogs. Many of the people have asked the question “Is G-d trying to warn us?” Maybe we need to look at what is being forced on Israel and ask if it is good idea or not.
